Contact and meet with Buyer, sign the Buyer Agency Agreement and identify the criteria for house or property they are looking for.
Day 2-Day 7:
Start searching for the right house. Go to see houses and identify the one that fits the Buyers and finalize the one they like and put an offer on the 7th day.
Present the offer and all the terms and conditions to the seller and/or their agent and agree and finalize the price, closing date and all terms acceptable to both parties, ie. Buyers and Sellers by the 10th day.
Buyer to commit to a deposit cheque and fulfill all the conditions like financing and inspection conditions.
If all the conditions are fulfilled and satisfactory to the buyer, waive all conditions and firm up the deal.
If not, continue with due diligence and firm up the deal by the 20th day.
